Hedgerow Farm Honey - Spring Runny Honey

Our Hedgerow Farm Honey is a beautifully golden spring honey, collected by our bees during the early part of the beekeeping season.

The bees forage across the surrounding Suffolk countryside, visiting spring blossom, hedgerows and the abundance of flowers available at this special time of year. The result is a naturally sweet, characterful honey that captures a little taste of the spring landscape.

We jar our Hedgerow Farm Honey as a runny honey, perfect for drizzling over toast, porridge and yoghurt, stirring into drinks or using in cooking and baking.

Because this is a natural spring honey, it may crystallise more quickly than our summer honey. Crystallisation is a completely natural process. If you prefer your honey runny, simply warm the jar gently to return it to a more liquid consistency.

As with every harvest, the colour and flavour can vary naturally depending on what our bees have been foraging on.
