Summer Runny Honey
Our Suffolk Summer Runny Honey is harvested from our own hives situated around Wrentham, Henstead, Kessingland and Barnby, here in the Suffolk countryside.
Collected during the summer months, the bees forage across the surrounding fields, hedgerows, gardens and wildflowers, producing a beautifully golden honey with a flavour that reflects the landscape and the season in which it was made.
This is our summer crop, carefully extracted and jarred while remaining wonderfully runny – perfect for drizzling over warm toast, stirring into porridge or yoghurt, adding to cooking and baking, or simply enjoying straight from the spoon.
As with all real honey, its flavour and colour can naturally vary from season to season depending on what the bees have been foraging on. That’s part of what makes each harvest unique.
