Soft Set Honey

Our Soft Set Honey is a beautifully smooth and creamy honey, made using our spring crop and carefully prepared to create its soft, spreadable texture.

Unlike runny honey, Soft Set has a fine, creamy consistency that makes it perfect for spreading onto warm toast, crumpets or fresh bread without all the drips. It’s also delicious stirred into porridge or yoghurt, or simply enjoyed straight from the spoon.

The gentle creaming process controls the honey’s natural crystallisation, creating those tiny crystals that give Soft Set Honey its wonderfully smooth texture while keeping all the delicious flavour of the original honey.

As a natural product, the colour and flavour can vary slightly from harvest to harvest depending on what our bees have been foraging on.
